We are working on a glitch in our online application - here's the solution:

When you get to the bottom of the form, there might be a purple banner blocking your access to the 'submit' button. If this happens to you, click on the last entry box you CAN see and then 'tab,' or use the 'enter' key from your phone's keyboard, to navigate through to the submit button.  As you keep hitting tab or enter, the rest of the screen will scroll up and you will be able to complete and submit the application.
